Its primary function is to leverage the underwater operations / maintenance work carried by professionally trained engineers / divers / ROVs. Considering safety of the diver as top most priority, Bell has designed the LARS which comprises of 3 level failsafe mode:-

·       Level 1: Automatic Multi Disc Brake

·       Level 2: Dynamic - Hydraulic Centre Valve

 Level 3: Emergency – Drum Brake band with hydraulic spring loaded Cylinder Activation
